Oil waxes
Stelon non-toxic oil wax gives your furniture a pleasantly elastic surface and beautiful color. Oil wax treatment conditions wood and leather surfaces and protects them against dirt and moisture.
A NATURAL PRODUCT
Oil wax contains pure paraffin oil and natural beeswax. Oil wax is completely non-toxic and contains no solvents.
INSTRUCTIONS
Clean the surface of any dirt, dust, or loose substances. Shake the bottle well before use. First apply oil wax to a small hidden area to test its effect on the color. Apply oil wax in an even layer with a sponge or brush and allow it to absorb at least 30 minutes. After applying a second coat, wipe off any excess oil wax with a lint-free cloth. Then lightly polish the surface with a dry, lint-free cloth.
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Oil wax does not require the use of protective gloves or a breathing mask. Oil wax can be removed from clothing with normal machine washing.
CLEANING IMPLEMENTS
Brushes, sponges, and cloths can be cleaned with water and a mild detergent. Used implements are not self-igniting.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Color: the product is colorless, but treatment darkens wood surfaces by strongly bringing out the woods own pigments.
Scent: mild; smells like beeswax.
Spreading capacity: 5–10 m2/l, depending on the porosity of the surface
Absorption and drying time: ½– 1 hour, depending on the porosity of the surface. Two coats should be applied. After light polishing, the surface is ready for use.
Storage: the product will not get old or moldy. The container should be stored upright.
Empty bottles: Empty bottles can be recycled or disposed of with ordinary household waste. Fluid waste should be brought to a waste paint collection point.
Indoor use
Applications include cabinets, bookshelves, tables, chairs, leather seats, cutting boards, worktables, etc. Oil wax is well suited for untreated and oiled wood surfaces and leather surfaces.
Container size: 250 ml.
Outdoor use
Applications include wood furniture, hardwood exterior doors, wood terrace surfaces, wood shelves in cellars, etc.
Container size: 500 ml.
